Eurofly, one of the major international airlines of the world which has its base at the Malpensa International Airport in Milan, Italy, offers scheduled flight services from the prime cities in Italy to various destinations in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Founded on the 26th of May, 1989, Eurofly began operating on the 26th of February, 1990. It was established in partnership with Alitalia, the flag carrier of Italy, for responding to its requirements for improving tourism industry. The original shares were distributed among Alitalia, Sau Paulo Finance and Olivetti. Long-haul flights by Eurofly were initiated in 1998, which were fully started to be controlled by Alitalia from 2000 onwards. Eurofly was made into a private organization in 2003, with 80% of its share being taken over by Banca Profilo Spinnaker fund. The outstanding shares of Eurofly were bought by it in 2004 July.

Eurofly operates direct flights from New York and from Rome to the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.
