Although, the building is just one storey tall the height measures 75 feet and the diameter of the building is 570 feet. Herbert Baker was the designer of the Parliament House. Lady and Lord Irwin inaugurated the Parliament House in the year 1927. The Parliament House is blessed with a domed central hall and three semi-circular structures. However, these were originally constructed to house the Chamber of Princes, the council of state and the Legislative Assembly.
